As apart of our services offered to customers we provide planning. With proper planning with a experienced and licensed company you can make a significant difference in the development of a security/automation system.

If you are in the planning stages or construction has already begun now is the time to have a security and automations system professional review your plans, set up a site visit and discuss what you would like to get from your security and or automation system.

Proper planning of your systems can save you up to 25% or more on your total costs and assure all of your concerns are being addressed and you are getting what you expected.

Imagine building a home or business and deciding to add security later or after a majority of the construction is completed.

Now you have to deal with not only planning and the additional costs of running wires through existing walls  but the added expenses on top of that to have these damages repaired. Your builder/contractor would much rather have us in and out during the proper stages of the construction process. This keeps them up to date with everything you are doing with security and assists in keeping them on schedule.

 

First we work with you to understand your project and your goals. We need to know what you want to accomplish tomorrow, next month and next year as well as today. This way we can assure you are properly prepared. With moth the foundation you need and the expandability you will expect.

Then we meet with your builder or architect depending on the stage of your project. If you are in the planning stages we will want to meet with your architect so we can assure they are aware of considerations that should be made in the initial plans of your project. If your planning team understands what we need in the security portions then that understanding will resonate throughout your process to other important contractors.

Then we make plans to address your project. Depending on the type of security or automation features you choose we will plan your systems considering all factors of performance, compatibility, environmental conformity, esthetics, ease of use and concerns that may arise during the installation process.

Then we make a proposal for your project and cover the elements with you. We will provide more than a sheet filled with techno-babble and a price at the bottom. We will detail all elements in the system broken out separately and even grouped if you prefer. For example if we are providing security, surveillance, access control and you want one proposal with the sections broken out separately or even by stages. That is not a problem, we will even break out the labor into the specific sections.

 

When selecting a platform like this if you are going to utilize the systems capabilities to include security, surveillance and/or access control remember... the company that installs the wiring, systems and programming MUST be licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety for security and access control if those systems are to be used. Please consider this when evaluating your proposals. This is done by the state for your protection. After all it is a security system!
