commitment to customized solutions does
not stop at the DVR or software. Not all
cameras are created equal. You may find
many "Specials" or "Packages" out there
that offer a digital recorder and 4, 8
or 16 cameras. One of the problems
is....
The cameras in those packages are all
the same!
Without getting into a bunch of
techno babble we will just provide an
example.
You have a location with eight
cameras three are going outside, five
are going inside. Of the five interior
cameras two of them are going on a show
room floor the other three in a
warehouse. Of the outside cameras one is
looking across the parking lot, one is
at the front door and one is at a
delivery entrance.
In this example all of these areas
have specific requirements for the
cameras to provide optimal results.
The showroom cameras may need to be
low-profile black cover domes. The
warehouse may need heavy duty domes with
low light lenses. The exterior camera
looking over the parking area will need
a wide dynamic lens with low light
capabilities. The exterior camera at the
front door will need to be in a vandal
dome and have a short range wide angle
lens.
These examples could go on and on but
you see now why the "Packages" with the
same cameras are just not appropriate to
assure you the best performance. All
cameras should be specific to their
duties and areas of responsibility.
Today's Integration offers a wide
range of cameras. We have provided
detailed specifications to these types
of cameras to your left. But just like
the DVRs it is not your problem to
figure out which ones you need. That is
what you have us for.
But for those of you interested in
the specifications there they are...
